The cylindrical rollers of cross-shaped roller bearings of equal cross-section of the CRBT and RAU series are arranged crosswise on V-shaped raceways, with separating liners installed between the rollers. This cross-shaped roller arrangement allows one bearing to accommodate axial loads, radial loads and overturning moment in different directions. In addition, due to the integral design of the inner and outer rings, the bearing can be used in both cases of rotation of the inner ring and rotation of the outer ring.
Thanks to miniaturization of overall dimensions, as well as high rigidity, rotational accuracy and combined load-carrying capacity, the bearings are used in hinge units and rotating units of industrial robots, direct drive motors, medical equipment, measuring instruments and other fields.
Product characteristics
1.Compact structure and high rigidity
Cruciform roller bearings of the CRBT and RAU series are more compact compared to angular contact bearings and at the same time have increased rigidity.
2.Lightweight design
In cross-shaped roller bearings of the CRBT and RAU series, the product width is reduced to 5 mm. The cross-sectional area of the CRBT5005 is 57% smaller than the RAU5008, further reducing bearing weight. The series also includes models with small internal diameters: 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 mm.

The CRBT series cross-shaped roller bearing has a split outer ring and a solid inner ring. Due to the fact that the radial and axial cross-sectional dimensions are very small and almost equal, it is also called thin-walled cross-section equal cross-section bearing. It is suitable for assemblies that require light weight and compact design, such as rotating support assemblies of service robots, collaborative robots, humanoid robots, radar communications, turntables and medical equipment.

- Cross roller bearing RAU series
The RAU series cross-shaped roller bearing has a split outer ring, a solid inner ring and an ultra-thin dimensional design. The one-piece inner ring design is more suitable for high precision inner ring rotation, stable rotation accuracy reaches micron level. The RAU series cross-shaped roller bearing has a small volume and high load carrying capacity, suitable for applications requiring light weight and compact structure, such as precision measuring instruments, rotating components of robots and manipulators, direct drive torque motors, high-precision rotary tables and other applications requiring high precision and high rigidity.
